Montes de Lá Reserva Branco best expresses the characteristics of Alto Alentejo, an area encompassed by the microclimate of the Serra de S. Mamede mountain range.

Exam Notes

Golden yellow in color, with aromas of tropical fruit and well-integrated oak. It's an expressive, elegant white wine with fine, fresh textures. Good acidity and a vibrant personality.

Winemaking: The harvest is done manually, and before total destemming, the grapes are carefully selected. After sorting, the fully destemmed bunches ferment in temperature-controlled French oak barrels for approximately 20 days. This is followed by 6 months of aging in the same barrel, with bâtonnage.

Suggestion: Best served at 12°C. Ideal to accompany fish dishes and salads.
