Exam Notes

It has aromas of red fruit, with hints of menthol. On the palate, it is a fresh and elegant wine, with persistent tannins.

Pairing: Ideal to accompany grilled meats, pork with clams, and light stews.

Service: To preserve the fruit characteristics and freshness of this wine, serve between 18-20°C.

Winemaking: The grapes are harvested manually into 25 kg boxes. In the winery, they are fully destemmed and fermented in conical vats for 7 days at a controlled temperature of 27 ºC. At the end of fermentation, the free-run juice is separated from the pressed juice and aged until bottling.

Alcohol content: 14% vol.
