Color: Intense grenade 

Aroma: With notes of forest fruits complemented by hints of toast and smoke.

Taste: On the palate, it is a structured Alentejo wine with fine tannins and a long finish.

Pairing: Ideal to accompany roasted meats, risotto, and dishes made with ham and sausages.

Service: It is recommended to consume it at 16°C.

Winemaking: The grape bunches were hand-picked into 25kg boxes. Upon arrival at the winery, they were fully destemmed and fermented in conical vats. The batch was then placed in new French and American oak barrels where it aged for 8 months, followed by 6 months in the bottle.

Alcohol content: 15.5% vol.
