This edition belongs to a private collection, bringing the premium flavor of Chardonnay - a high-quality grape variety, rich in flavor and pleasurable from the first impact - to only a select few. Promising to leave a lasting impression on the memory of all who experience it.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Dazzles with its citrus colour.

Aroma: An aromatic sophistication and a depth that carries subtle mineral notes.

Palate: Delicate on the palate with its fine and balanced acidity, capable of providing an unforgettable freshness.

Vinification: Harvest is manual, carried out in the 4th week of August. Before total destemming, the grapes are carefully selected and ferment in new French oak barrels with temperature control for approximately 20 days.

This is followed by a 6-month aging period in the barrel itself, with bâtonnage. To deepen its profile, it undergoes a 3-month aging period in the bottle.
