Exam Notes

It reveals aromas of raspberry candy, presenting mineral notes and floral touches. It is a wine with good acidity and a fresh taste.

Pairing: Ideal to accompany light meals of white meat, oven-baked fish, salads and seafood.

Serving: Best served at 8-10°C.

Winemaking: The grapes are harvested manually into 15 kg boxes. In the winery, they are fully destemmed and pressed in a pneumatic press at low pressure. The must then goes into a stainless steel tank at low temperatures to decant, and after 48 hours it is racked and fermentation begins at around 14°C for a period of 10 to 15 days.
