Serving: Serve at 10°C

Winemaking: This white wine, made from Viosinho and Códega do Larinho grapes, comes from the 2020 harvest. Freshly harvested and hand-selected grapes were crushed, and without pressing, the free-run juice was fermented in new French oak barrels, where it aged for 18 months.
