Exam Notes

Color: A wine with an intense ruby ​​color.

Aroma: Ripe red fruit (blackberries and currants), rockrose, violet and bergamot.

Palate: On the palate, it is a wine with great volume and presence, remaining fresh and long-lasting.

Pairing: Ideal accompaniment to rich dishes from Portuguese cuisine (oven roasts, stews and strong cheeses).

Serving: Serve at 16°C

Winemaking: Grapes harvested by hand, in 25kg boxes, at their ideal point of ripeness. After gentle crushing and total destemming, the grapes are fermented in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature, thus allowing the quality constituents present in the skins of the ripe grapes to gently pass into the wine.

Internship: It aged for 10 months in old French oak barrels.
