To express the character of the Douro in this white wine, we went up in altitude in search of vineyards with indigenous grape varieties, planted in mica schist soils that showcased the true rocky character of this valley. Through fermentation in stainless steel tanks, we sought complexity and lightness.

Exam Notes

Aroma: Reveals a fresh Douro character with notes primarily of citrus and aromatic herbs.

Taste: On the palate it has body without being heavy, excellent acidity and an almost spicy finish!

The Diálogo Branco 2021 is an excellent example of a dry white wine from the Douro region, fresh without being overly fruity, consistent, and easy to please everyone.

Pairing: Grilled and roasted fish, and white meats.

Winemaking After refrigerated transport to Quinta de Nápoles, the grapes arrive at the winery, where they undergo a complete selection on a sorting table and are pressed in an automatic press. After cold static settling, the musts are clarified into stainless steel tanks, fermenting spontaneously at a controlled temperature. They then age on their fine lees for 6 months, without being stirred.
