Color: It has a bright citrus color with a fine and elegant bubble.

Aroma: On the nose, you can perceive soft notes of peach and ripe white fruits.

Taste: On the palate it is crisp and creamy with a well-balanced acidity. It has a long finish with great elegance.

Winemaking: First must resulting from a light pressing. Decantation and cold fermentation in a temperature-controlled stainless steel tank. Second fermentation takes place in the bottle for 24 months according to the classic method, with manual riddling and disgorgement by cold action.

Harmonization: Its structure and complexity are ideal for pairing with sushi, smoked salmon, lightly salted fish roe, oysters and shellfish, and grilled fish.
