Color: Intense ruby ​​color.

Aroma: Robust and complex in character, the nose reveals spices such as pepper and nutmeg, with slight notes of coconut and jam.

Taste: On the palate it is full-bodied, with a slight note of forest fruits and reveals soft, round tannins. Long and refined finish.

Winemaking: Total destemming, crushing, and fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.

Pairing: Ideal with chanfana (a traditional Portuguese stew), grilled prime cuts of meat, and game meats.
