Aroma of ripe mango, with notes of tangerine peel and a touch of spice.

A remarkable tasting experience, it displays a balanced, unctuous character with pleasant freshness.

Long and persistent finish.

Pairing: It goes perfectly with oily fish, dishes with pronounced acidity such as ceviche, or even a medium-intensity meat dish.

Service: It should be consumed between 10 and 12ºC.

Winemaking: Total destemming with gentle crushing, must settling for 48 hours. Fermentation in oak barrels at 15ºC for 30 days. Aging in French oak barrels for 4 months.
