Winemaking: The grapes were harvested at their optimal point of ripeness and carefully transported to the winery, where destemming was followed by gentle crushing and pressing. After decantation, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 16 and 17 ºC for 4 weeks. This wine aged for 3 months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
