Color: Ruby

Aroma: Intense with fruity notes reminiscent of black plum, fig and dates, caramel, vanilla and spices from aging in French oak.

Palate: On the palate, it is a structured wine with smooth, well-integrated tannins and a long, balanced finish.

Pairing: Enjoy with poultry, pasta, grilled meats, ham, and aged cheeses.

Serving: Serve at 16ºC.

Harvest: The 2019/2020 viticultural year began with a mild autumn and winter, and a humid start to spring. More rainfall and more rainy days in April and May, compared to 2019, replenished the soil. This situation led to greater concern regarding weeds and diseases, which were duly controlled. July was hot with some reports of sunburn. At the end of July and the beginning of August, the nights were cool, which helped with ripening. 2020 was a year of good concentration and freshness from balanced grapes. There was also a slight increase in quantity, although with relatively low yields.
