Aroma: It features notes of citrus fruits and stone fruits, such as peach.

Taste: On the palate it is unctuous, with a balanced acidity, an intense and persistent finish.

Pairing: It goes perfectly with fish dishes, such as cataplana and sushi.

Service: Serve at 8-9ºC.

Vintage: The 2020/21 viticultural year began with a warm autumn and winter with normal rainfall. High temperatures were recorded in February and March, followed by heavy rainfall in April. The summer was dry with temperatures normal for the season, although a heat wave occurred at the beginning of August, which brought forward the start of the harvest to the middle of the month.
