Exam Notes

Color: High concentration violet.

Aroma: Aroma of ripe Alicante Bouschet grapes with notes of black and red fruit reminiscent of plum, aroma of meat, light vegetal notes well integrated with hints of spices, coffee and mocha from aging in barrels.

Taste: On the palate it is a full-bodied, fresh and long wine.

Pairing: Enjoy with red meats, barbecue, and strong cheeses.

Service: Serve at 16°C.

Winemaking: The grapes were destemmed, but not crushed, and left for 3 days in cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 24°C with daily délestage.

Aging: Malolactic fermentation took place 100% in barrels and the aging process lasted for 9 months.

Alcohol content: 14% vol.

Capacity: 1.5 liters
