This wine was aged for 9 months in French oak barrels and is the result of a selection of the best Touriga Nacional grapes.

Exam Notes

Color: Intense ruby

Aroma: Floral notes of violet, orange blossom, and light black fruit.

Taste: On the palate, it reveals freshness and elegance enveloped by soft floral notes and a vegetal touch. Long and pleasant finish.

Pairing: Enjoy with poultry, cooked vegetables, and soft cheeses.

Service: Serve at 16ºC.

Winemaking: The grapes were destemmed but not crushed and underwent cold maceration for 3 days. Alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 24ºC with daily pump-overs. Malolactic fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks.
