Color: Medium concentration ruby,

Aroma: Aroma typical of the Trincadeira grape variety with notes of red fruit, a light vegetal note well integrated with hints of vanilla and coffee from aging in barrels.

Palate: On the palate it is an elegant, warm and long wine.

Pairing: Enjoy with white meats, pasta, and mild cheeses.

Service: Serve at 16ºC.

Winemaking: The grapes were destemmed but not crushed and underwent cold maceration for 3 days. Alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 24°C with daily délestage. Malolactic fermentation occurred 100% in barrels, and aging lasted for 9 months.
