Exam Notes

Color: Bright golden yellow color.

Aroma: Light notes of almond, hazelnut and green mango.

Taste: With a very complex flavor, it is full-bodied, mineral, and has a balanced acidity. A very long finish with notes of roasted coffee.

Winemaking: Total destemming with medium maceration, light pressing and cold static settling. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
It was aged in stainless steel at a controlled temperature and then aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Harmonization: It pairs excellently with baked fish dishes, fish stews, and cataplanas (a type of Portuguese seafood stew).

Serving: Serve at 6ºC
