Color: Intense ruby

Aroma: Red fruit and white pepper stand out, as do forest aromas, making it complex.

Palate: On the palate it is elegant, complex, and persistent, revealing ever-present tannins. Long and refined finish.

Vinification: Total destemming, crushing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Matured for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Food pairing: Ideal with stews and grilled noble meats and game.

Serving: Serve at 16/18ºC
