Winemaking: Vinification in stainless steel vats with controlled temperature at 15ºC (80% of the final batch), with the remainder fermented in new 225-liter French oak barrels with bâtonnage for a further three months.

Exam Notes

A clear and bright wine. Intense toasty notes and citrus and floral aromas on the nose. Fresh palate with good concentration and balance, marked by new aromas of wood. A long and lively finish.

Pairing: Enjoy it chilled as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to fish, seafood, and white meat dishes.

Service: Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 11-12°C.
