Vinification: Made from selected Rabigato grapes, this wine fermented at low temperatures to maintain all the characteristics of the grape varieties used.

Aging: Three months in French Voges oak barrels with previous use.

Tasting Notes

Color: Young citrine yellow.

Aroma: Fresh and very fruity with delicate citrus aromas and notes of pineapple and mango, with suggestions of orange blossom and sweet vanilla.

Palate: It reveals a very balanced acidity, creamy, and a long and very pleasant finish.

Food pairing: Appetizers, salads, sushi, and all kinds of fish and seafood.

Serving: Serve at a temperature of 8 ºC.
