Tasting Notes

Color: Clear and citrusy

Aroma: Intense, fresh and fruity with notes of wood and toast.

Palate: Very complex, smooth, with a balance between alcohol and acidity. Very long, persistent and smooth finish.

Food pairing: Roasted fish, preferably fatty, and seafood.

Serving: Serve at a temperature of 9ºC
