Winemaking: Originating from vines over one hundred years old, it was vinified in new French oak barrels with temperature control.

Internship: Twelve months in new French oak barrels.

Exam Notes

Color: Clear and citrine

Aroma: Intense, fresh and fruity with notes of wood and toast.

Palate: It reveals itself to be very complex, smooth, with a balance between alcohol and acidity. Very long, persistent and smooth finish.

Pairing: Baked fish, preferably oily, and shellfish.

 

Service: Serve at a temperature of 9ºC.
