Vinification: It was vinified in small stainless steel tanks, with temperature control to maintain all the characteristics of the grape varieties used.

Aging: Aged for six months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes

Color: Clear and citrusy

Aroma: Fresh, fruity with notes of wood and toast.

Palate: Full-bodied with balanced acidity. Very long and persistent finish.

Food pairing: Roasted fish, preferably fatty, and seafood.

Serving: Serve at 9ºC
