Winemaking: It was vinified in small stainless steel tanks, with temperature control in order to maintain all the characteristics of the grape varieties used.

Internship: It aged for six months in French oak barrels.

 

Exam Notes

Color: Clear and citrine

Aroma: Fresh, fruity with notes of wood and toast.

Taste: Rich with a balanced acidity. Very long and persistent finish.

Pairing: Baked fish, preferably oily, and shellfish.

Service: Serve at a temperature of 9ºC.
