Winemaking: Total destemming followed by crushing; fermentation for 6 days in vats equipped with a cooling system and fermentation temperature control, followed by malolactic fermentation.

Internship: Aged for twelve months in used French oak barrels.

 

Exam Notes

Color: Very intense red.

Aroma: Very concentrated on the nose, with notes of wood combined with stewed red fruits.

Taste: A balanced palate with subtle and soft tannins, resulting in a harmonious, clean and persistent wine.

Pairing: All types of red meat, as well as a cheese board.

Service: In order to preserve all its characteristics, this wine has not been subjected to any filtration or stabilization process, so the formation of sediment is natural. It should be decanted 10 minutes before serving, at a temperature of 17ºC.
