This brandy is obtained from an early harvest of Baga grapes, mostly from vineyards exclusively dedicated to brandy production, and from the decantation of white wines. It is distilled in a Charentais still and aged in new 50, 100, and 550-liter wooden barrels and casks in the area with the greatest temperature range in the cellar. It is a brandy that is approximately 10 years old.

Exam Notes

Color: Amber in color, with light reddish-brown notes.

Aroma: It has a vinous and smooth aroma, with notes of wood and a youthful appearance.

Taste: Good taste, good volume, and light resin. Long finish.

Pairing: Good as a digestif after a good meal and accompanied by a fine cigar.

Conservation: This spirit of wine can be consumed immediately after bottling or stored and aged for many, many years.

Service: Serve at 18-20ºC.
