Exam Notes

Color: Charming golden color.

Aroma: This wine surprises with its sweet aromas, where we are easily enveloped by notes of dried fruit, dates and raisins, harmonized by hints of honey.

Taste: On the palate, we are captivated by its unctuousness, elegance, and sweetness, all in perfect balance with the ever-present freshness provided by its unique terroir.

Pairing: Perfect with pâté and foie gras. It is also the perfect match for desserts.

Service: As an aperitif, serve at a temperature of 10ºC; as a dessert wine, serve at 16ºC.

Winemaking: The grapes were harvested in early November, in the first hours of the morning, to maintain their aromatic freshness. Fermentation took place in a small stainless steel tank at a temperature of 12ºC.

Internship: After fermentation, it aged for 6 months in third-use French oak barrels before being bottled. It remained in the bottle for another 6 months before being released to the market.
