Color: Excellent color, vibrant and deep.

Aroma: Floral aromas combined with red and wild berries.

Taste: Intense fruit notes, showing a long, very fresh and complex finish.

Pairing: This wine pairs well with red meats, roast beef, and grilled dishes.

Service: Serving temperature 16ºC to 18ºC

Winemaking: After crushing, the grapes undergo a thermal shock followed by foot treading for four hours in granite lagares (traditional stone troughs). The must is transferred to small-capacity, temperature-controlled vinification tanks. In this harvest, 10% of the wines fermented with the stems. The grape varieties are vinified separately. The final blend is made before bottling.

Internship: Aged in 225-liter French oak barrels (60% new and 40% second-year).
