Grape varieties: Rabigato (40%), Códega (25%), Viosinho (15%), Gouveio (Verdelho) (10%) and Arinto (10%).

Tasting Notes: Citrus color, very aromatic and fresh. On the palate it is mineral and fresh, with some fruit, apple and pear.

Pairing: Ideal to eat with fish and sushi.

Winemaking: The grapes, from young vines, were vinified using the open vat system. Fermentation lasted approximately one month at a controlled temperature between 14° and 16°C. The wine aged for three months in stainless steel tanks.

Alcohol content: 12% vol.
