Tasting Notes

Aroma: Rich, combining notes of caramelized dried fruits, praline, candied orange, and finishing with tobacco notes.

Palate: Delicious, rich, and velvety attack, with plenty of freshness. The finish is very persistent and complex.

Food Pairing: Can be enjoyed as an aperitif or on any other occasion. Ideal accompaniment for nuts, cheeses, or desserts.

Serving: Serving temperature from 15ºC to 16ºC

Aging: Blend of several wines, with an average aging of 10 years. Aging is carried out in vats, large casks, and 600-liter oak barrels.
