Fresh aromas of white fruit, with floral and mineral notes. Some slight, riper fruity notes stemming from its red grape origin. On the palate, it is very fresh, with good acidity and some body, combined with a fruity and structured taste. The finish is present and somewhat tense, clearly showing the Touriga Nacional's origin in granitic soil.

Pairing: It can accompany various types of dishes, such as seafood, all fish dishes, or even lighter meat dishes.

Preservation: Due to the characteristics of the grape variety and winemaking processes, this is a white wine that can be drunk now, but also has the potential to age in the bottle, where its complexity will increase.
