In the heart of the Atlantic, nestled in a volcanic terroir, a truly Azorean wine is born. Produced from a blend of the emblematic Terrantez from Terceira, Verdelho from the Azores, and Riesling, it reflects the best quality and flavors of the grapes from the islands. Exam Notes

Color: Bright and citrine.

Aroma: Distinct and elegant, marked by saline, iodized, and mineral Atlantic notes.

Palate: Reveals excellent acidity and volume. Excellent at the table, but also good for socializing. A remarkable companion at the end of the day. A genuinely Azorean wine, distinctive and very pleasant.

Winemaking: 100% manual harvest, carried out in early September. Total destemming, followed by crushing and open-vat fermentation. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Small-scale production.

Suggestion: Pairs very well with contemporary cuisine, fish dishes, seafood, and salads. Best served at a temperature between 10ºC and 14ºC.
