Origin: Meda, Upper Douro, at approximately 550 meters altitude. 

Grape varieties: Viosinho, Rabigato, Gouveio and Malvasia Fina

Exam Notes

Color: Clear and citrine

Aroma: Intense aromas of ripe tropical fruits and very well-integrated wood notes.

Palate: The acidity is balanced, presenting itself as creamy and mineral. Long and persistent finish.

Pairing: Serve with fish, salads, and seafood.

Serving: Serve at a temperature of 9ºC.

Winemaking: The grapes are harvested by variety and in blocks in 20 kg boxes. Once fully destemmed, they are crushed. Then, the must is lightly pressed and decanted until it reaches the necessary clarity. Fermented at a temperature between 13/14ºC in vats, in order to enhance the aromas, for about 3 weeks.
Aging: Aged for 6 months in new French oak barrels.

Alcohol content: 14% vol.
