Exam Notes

Clear, cherry-colored, it presents a very fruity aroma of red berries. The acidity is balanced with a long and pleasant finish.

Pairing: Goes well with appetizers, pasta, salads, Mediterranean and Asian herbs.

Serving suggestion: It should be served chilled, at a temperature of 8/10ºC.

Winemaking: The grapes are harvested by variety and in blocks in 20 kg boxes. Once fully destemmed, they are crushed. Then, the must is lightly pressed and decanted until it reaches the necessary clarity. Fermented at a temperature between 13/14ºC in vats, in order to enhance the aromas, for about 3 weeks.
