Exam Notes

Color: A bright, vibrant yellow color with golden highlights. Good shine with sustained effervescence and a very persistent foam.

Aroma: aroma of ripe fruits.

Taste: A balanced, round, and full-bodied wine. The finish is long, the dosage well integrated, giving way to the characteristic freshness of the Chardonnay that makes up the majority of the blend.

Pairing: A perfect champagne for aperitifs on any occasion. It can also be served with light and refined appetizers, such as poached oysters and grilled scallops, or with a main course. It is also excellent with short-aged cheeses.

Service: Serve between 5 and 10ºC.

Winemaking: Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Complete malolactic fermentation.

Alcohol content: 12% vol.
