Exam Notes

Deep, almost opaque color. Aroma of excellent complexity, with notes of spices, associated with curry, pepper, ginger, red fruits and black fruits. The wine presents a light touch of cocoa and a slightly stony finish, the result of good maturation. On the palate it is intense and complex with lively acidity, firm and well-present tannins, with an extremely long finish and great concentration.

Pairing: Its elegant and complex profile pairs ideally with rich chocolate desserts, red fruit tarts, and strong cheeses.
