Serras de Lá Colheita Tinto is a deep-colored wine that presents an intense and exuberant style.

Aroma: It is a red vintage wine where menthol and floral notes abound, focusing the aroma on an intense and exuberant style, yet always attractive and fresh.

Palate: Elegant in body, smooth and easy to drink, with a very well-achieved style.

Pairing: Ideal to accompany game, lamprey, Serra cheese and beef.

Serving: Best served at 16-18°C.

Winemaking: The grapes were harvested manually into 18 kg boxes with extreme care and taken to the vats, where fermentation took place at controlled temperatures. Gentle pump-overs were performed. After aging for 6 months in second-use barrels, it remains in the bottle for a further 9 months.
