Exam Notes

 Aroma: A wine with fresh red fruit and floral notes, as well as ripe fruit. Sweet notes, spices, and toast are well integrated, resulting from 18 months of aging in new barrels.

Taste: Fruity, complex, and fresh in flavor, with good tannins that reveal vivacity along with the wine's body and volume. On the palate, it is full-bodied and finishes long, strong, and structured.
 

Harmonization: It pairs well with meat dishes, sausages, and aged cheese.

Winemaking: 18 months in new barrels. Natural stabilization only. May develop sediment.

Aging: For immediate consumption or storage for a few years.

Alcohol content: 15.5% vol.
