Encruzado, also known as Salgueirinho, is an endemic variety of the Dão region. Coming from a higher altitude and sheltered land like the Taboadella vineyard, in granites metamorphosed over hundreds of thousands of years, in this plot we share our care with this crossbred grape variety. The delicate nature of the vines demands greater attention during the growing season. The reward is enormous; the wine is firm and exuberant, the texture is silky, the structure is linear, and the depth is marked. It is a wine of the present and the future.

Service: Serve at a temperature of 8-10ºC.

Winemaking: 100% whole grapes. Aged 50% in new French oak barrels for 8 months and 50% in stainless steel tanks.
