Born and raised in Estremoz, in the heart of the Alentejo wine region, he became accustomed from a very young age to living and working in the fields, in his parents' vineyard, learning from the elders the small and great secrets of the vine. Today, Tiago Cabaço is considered one of the most reliable and promising producers in the Alentejo, with a range of seductive and serious wines, modern in style and form, but deeply Alentejo in character.

Tasting Notes: Light pink color with hints of salmon. Fruity, without being excessive, dry, fresh and invigorating.
