Exam Notes

Color: Bright citrine yellow in color and with an intense aroma.

Aroma: This Alvarinho presents notes of tropical fruits, grapefruit, lime and a light floral aroma typical of the grape variety.

Palate: On the palate, it is a well-structured and very fresh wine.

Pairing: Goes well with cheeses, seafood, and grilled fish.

Serving: Serve at a temperature of 8-10ºC.

Winemaking: The grapes were harvested at their ideal ripeness and carefully transported to the winery. They were destemmed, crushed, and immediately pressed. After settling, the must was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature between 16-17ºC for 4 weeks.
