Service: Serve at a temperature of 8-9ºC.

Winemaking: After total destemming and very gentle crushing, each variety was vinified separately in stainless steel tanks with a daily regime of one manual pump-over. Alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 28ºC.
