Exam Notes

Aroma: A young and intense wine with balsamic and wild berry notes.

Taste: On the palate it reveals good structure and smooth tannins. Harmonious and pleasant finish.

Pairing: Goes well with meats, pasta, and cheeses.

Service: Serve at a temperature of 17ºC.

Winemaking:

The grapes were transported to the winery and processed immediately. After total destemming and very gentle crushing, each variety was vinified separately in stainless steel tanks with a daily regime of one manual pump-over. Alcoholic fermentation took place at a controlled temperature of 28ºC. The final blend was partially aged in French oak.
