Grape varieties:40% Tinta Roriz; 40% Touriga Franca; 20% Touriga Nacional

Vinification: The grapes were hand-picked into 16kg boxes and subjected to a rigorous sorting at the winery entrance. After complete destemming and gentle crushing, maceration and alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at 24-26°C. Cold maceration was adapted to each grape variety, being longer for Touriga Nacional and Touriga Franca. Some batches of Touriga Franca and Tinta Roriz were subjected to post-fermentative maceration.

Aging: Approximately 60% of the wines were aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes

Color: Ruby

Aroma: Rich in red fruits (cherry and plum), combined with notes of mocha and
smoke from well-integrated wood.

Palate: The aromatic notes are confirmed on the palate, and a lively acidity and velvety tannins stand out. Its finish is long and elegant.

Food pairing: A very gastronomic wine, ideal to accompany poultry, meats, and cheeses. Serve between 16-18°C.
