It has a pale hue with light pink touches. With an intense bouquet, the elegance of red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry, and cherry prevails, along with floral notes of orange blossom, as well as slight notes of tropical fruits such as pineapple and lychee. On the palate, it presents excellent acidity, also exhibiting an elegant structure and a marked presence of red fruits. It has a long and elegant finish.

Pairing: Excellent as an aperitif or accompaniment to light meals of fish and seafood, salads, pasta and even some white meats.

Service: Serve at a temperature of 7ºC.
