Color: The Bairrada 2021 white wine, made from Arinto grapes, has a well-defined citrine color.

Aroma: Fruity and mineral, with a complex aromatic profile.

Palate: With toasted flavors arising from fermentation in French oak barrels, the wine offers excellent structure and acidity, culminating in a delicate finish.

Winemaking: The process involves total destemming, light pressing, and static cold decanting. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures, followed by 8 months aging in French oak barrels.

Food pairing: Bairrada 2021 white wine perfectly accompanies oven-baked fish dishes, stews, and buttery cheeses.
Serving: Best served at 6ºC.

Storage: Ready for consumption, although it can still evolve for about 10 years in the bottle.
