Tasting Notes

Aroma: Monte da Ria 2021 red wine displays a vibrant and youthful red fruit character. The fruity notes stand out, which, combined with sweet aromas resulting from a short period in wood, give the wine modernity and harmony.

Palate: On the palate, this wine is full-bodied, with a persistent and smooth finish, showing good balance between acidity and structure. The character of the limestone soil and a slight salinity, due to the proximity to the sea, are certainly present.
 

Food Pairing: Monte da Ria 2021 red wine pairs perfectly with meat dishes, cured sausages, and cured cheeses.

Service: The wine should be served at a temperature of 18ºC. The bottles should be stored horizontally in a place protected from light, clean, airy, and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
