Vinification: Total destemming followed by crushing; fermentation for 6 days in vats equipped with a cooling system and fermentation temperature control, followed by malolactic fermentation.

Aging: Twelve months in used French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes

Color: Very intense red.

Aroma: Very concentrated on the nose, with notes of wood associated with stewed red fruits.

Palate: Balanced mouthfeel with discreet and soft tannins, resulting in a harmonious, clean and persistent wine.

Food Pairing: All types of red meat, as well as cheese boards.

Serving: In order to preserve all its characteristics, this wine has not been subjected to any filtration or stabilization, so the formation of sediment is natural, and it should be decanted 10 minutes before serving, at a temperature of 17 ºC.
